We love St. Patrick's day! At least Jam and I do and Byron follows along. We'll be brain washing Keira as she grows up to love it to!
We woke up to green pancakes and green milk. Orange juice was allowed because it's on the Irish flag (that was a learning moment for some in my family).
When I got home from work we made potato soup. I don't think the recipe is Irish but potatoes, how more Irish can you get? We also made Shamrock and Irish flag cookies. Yum.
Why are we so fanatic??? Two words, Katy Pinon...or green poop...Katy first got me hooked with her families' green bagels and green everything. I love that family and once Jam found out about green poop we've been celebrating ever since (no it is not some sickness, it's all the food coloring!)
Of course I'm 50% or more Irish so I have to celebrate myself too. (and my kids are Jamison and Keira) I love you Kelly-Meaghers!
