Day 1: Some time with me at work
Okay so we don't have any photos of Michelle stuck in a 4th grade classroom all day but it was fun. The kids had all kinds of questions for her...you know nosey 10 year olds! The day ended when I left work a whole 15 minutes early! I think it was a record.
Day 2: Rocky Butte to see the view and a picnic lunch
The morning started EARLY with Jamison's basketball. He had a great time and then we went to the library where we had to convince a very LOUD and screaming 1 year old she had to be quiet..so we were at the library about 5 minutes, just long enough for me to get another book!
For lunch we had a picnic on Rocky Butte to see the view. It was hazy but still beautiful. There were search and rescue people practicing on the side of the castle. That was fun to watch. Then we went on a drive through Portland and through Concordia....ok, well around it since it's just a block.
Poor Michelle, we made her watch one of our favorite movies, Pride and Prejudice, the one with Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle. We love that movie!
