New Hampshire

Beautiful Cunningham Pond how we love thee...a summer day is never as fine as when we come to your shores, frolic in the water, and converse in the grass....YES! I did read another Jane Austen book on this trip but we do LOVE the pond...even Keira says "swim in the pond"

The first day we were there Keira was fearless...she thought she could walk out as far as she wanted. Even when she went under she got right back up and kept at it! Jamison and Keira both wore their water shoes on the first day but a couple of days later Jamison didn't need them anymore!

Bathing beauty!

Jam out by the rope.

Jamison becomes a better swimmer every year. This years success, a longer duration with his face in and some movement!
Keira loved playing with her Elmo in the pond. She was especially excited to hold him underwater.

Keira copied everything Jamison did!

Sarah and Tony on possibly their last couple vacation!

Even Tony is getting in on the action. We built some great castle, moats, bridges, waterways, and canals this trip!

What a face of pure joy!

World cup soccer, new whisky, and the kids were the highlight of our trip. Here are the boys watching the England game in one room.....

....and the ladies watching the US game in another! Yes, K was even there...but she was playing the piano!

Oh no...this is not the reaction we want!

Keira's hair was amazing on the trip..super tight spiral circles...I do love a little humidity!

Jamison doing water ballet.....an idea sponsored from his Auntie.

Check out this ugly spider bite! I must have gotten it the first day we were there.

What does a goose say?

Keira's chickens! I tried to get her to take a picture with them but she refused!

Sarah, Tony, and Keira. What a great outing!

Jam is always excited to have hot dogs and ice cream for dinner!

Soccer was the sport of the trip...thanks to the world cup and a gift of an England soccer ball for Jamison from Auntie...thank Karen for mailing it to us!.....well there was croquet and Karen's favorite, badmitton, too!

Since I am married to a man who knows how to BBQ I was shocked that this photo shows Joe teaching Tony how to cook a steak! What?!? It was so tasty. It is known year round as "the way Joe does it"
Keira could not let Uncle Joe out of her sight. When he wasn't around she would said Uncle Joe, Uncle Joe until we showed her where he was. She too knows he is someone special.

  1. this is so wonderful, Anne...thanks so much.
Please note, everyone, the position of Joe's oxygen tank relative to the BBQ grill...
    BAD, BAD...almost rocket man time!
